All of our food products are perishable and made to order. For that reason, all sales are final—we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase is completed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours from the time they are placed.
Each jar is made fresh, packed securely, and prepared for shipping with care.

Shipping Information
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.

Shipping Delays
While most packages arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or disruptions to the postal service.
Once an order has shipped, Carline’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

We offer local pickup for South Florida customers in Lake Worth, FL.
Pickup instructions will be emailed after your order is confirmed.
