I'm Carline Cemoin, born and raised in Haiti, where my passion for cooking was kindled at the tender age of eight. From early on, I found joy in the kitchen—learning rich flavors and time-honored techniques from my mother, grandmother, and other cherished family members. Those moments gave me a deep appreciation for the soulful, vibrant cuisine of my homeland. With Carline's Kitchen, my mission is to bring the authentic, home-cooked Haitian flavors I grew up with straight to your table.
